At first I found it hard to believe that I agreed with Mark Wahlberg over an actual doctor on an issue related to health. Then again the doctor in question is Dr. Oz and Wahlberg really does seem to have a handle on issues related to fitness and nutrition — so on second thought I’m no longer surprised.
