Just out of curiosity, why would The Ringer staff affiliate with the WGA East> Is there a WGA West? Isn’t The Ringer based in Los Angeles?

Maybe he just didn’t feel like filling out the paperwork. Then again, maybe he didn’t really understand the procedures.
