It’s a legal play, but something about this seems just a bit underhanded. 

Jim DeRogatis is an excellent reporter and music critic. Just wanted to call attention to his podcast Sound Opinions. For me, it’s a weekly “must listen” whether I’m a fan of the music he’s discussing that week or not. He’s a very passionate guy. 

Good thing they never went public. After this news, everyone would be dumping their stock.

I fucking love UFO. Just saw Schenker Fest in L.A. Awesome. They are on their last ever US tour right now. Seen them many times, mostly likely will again (though they really aren’t playing L.A. this time around.)
