Keep in mind it’s not just Trump driving down the course... there has to be at least one or two Secret Service carts as well. So basically there’s a motorcade blocking your shot.

Would love to see it if it fixes the bad cgi, redoes the plot, makes the antogonist even slightly interesting, lightens things up a bit, replaces all the battle scenes, and gets rid of superman’s ridiculous ressurection conversation (it feels... itchy??).

Agree 100%. I run into too many people who equate strength with muscle mass. Somewhere along the line strength training can turn into getting “massive gains”.

Also note that big muscles are usually a hinderance, not an advantage. Losing weight and becoming lean is much better in the long run than bulking up.

Let’s see... there’s Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Zuko, Appa, Iroh, King Bumie... I could go on and on.

Coming from a cold climate, I periodically travel to much warmer climates. Unless it’s below zero (F), a light jacket (and maybe a hat) is just fine and easily stowed during the trip. No point in hauling a giant winter coat and gloves for the 20 minutes that I might be outside. I also have some North Face convertible

Open and cross-compatible? Apple says “no thanks!”. Also, RCS has been enabled on Verizon Pixel 3's for a month now.

One of my boys gets more discussions about money than his sisters because he consistently makes more boneheaded choices with money - not because of gender.

I recently setup online access at a bank for my HSA. Their password requirements were from the 90's: Length can’t be longer than 10 characters and can be as short as 8 characters. No 2FA.

Looks great. If they would let us change or customize the wake word they would own the market. “OK Google” is a terrible wake phrase.

Growing up my dad bought GM cars and a few Fords. I assumed that 100,000 was some mythical mileage number. We had a friendly local mechanic and we got to know him well over the years. Then as an adult with a family I chose my own cars - a Honda minivan, a couple Pilots, a Camry, among others. Aside from maintenaince

Kids (and people in general) should know what swearing is and what its purpose is. Some curse words are just expressions of emotion or are crude replacements for other words or verbs. They are probably more socially acceptable, but not appropriate for most situations - even for adults. Kids need to understand this and

After 10 years in a dead end job, Gunther changed his name and moved to Scranton, PA, where he got a job as the HR manager at a small branch office of a paper company. Years of pent up rage stemming from unrequited love eventually turned him into a serial strangler.

If you’re using a DNS service like OpenDNS, you can just add the offending site to their blacklist. Then you don’t have to mess with config files on multiple devices.

We had the double whammy of no 911 and no verizon at the same time for almost 24 hours. Fortunately my phone popped up a helpful message offering to switch to wifi calling so I was still able to make and receive calls.

So you flash the “yikes” screen to your partner... and then they laugh/stare-at-the-person/bust-out-laughing/roll-their-eyes, negating the subtlenss.

This is the same recipe we’ve used for a long time to feed a small army of hungry kids. Throw some canned premade biscuits into the oven when you start and you have a tasty, cheap breakfast in around 15 minutes. Dishes are easy - one pan for the gravy, and a sheet pan for the biscuits. Tobasco is the topping of choice

Audiobooks and podcasts seem to pass the time better for me. Sometimes I’ll go longer than planned just to finish a chapter or podcast. I wouldn’t do that with music.

Fun Fact: According to their recent book, Adam Yauch not only purchased the 50 camcorders, but he also got them back and returned them to the electronics store the next day.

I enjoyed it a lot, even though the ending plot revolved around the band’s grossly exagerrated separation. The performances and music were strong enough that they didn’t need to create the artifical timeline.
