Your Facebook password should never pass through Kinja’s server. They should be using OAuth or a similar scheme that gives Kinja a token for your account which is limited to what the outside app is authorized to do, not your actual password to allow carte blanche access to view, change, or post anything they want.

Sites that use “login with Facebook” or other services don’t need (shouldn’t ever possess) your password. It’s done through a token, so you login to Facebook, and Facebook hands an authorization token back to the service.

I remember seeing an old David Letterman interview with Crispin Glover for one of the Back to the Future movies. At one point, he enthusiastically said “I can kick” and showed David Letterman, putting a karate kick at head level in the air over by the desk. Dave sat back in his chair, speechless with a stunned look on

Listen, I was 9 when the Tim Burton Batman came out too, but I try not to let it back me into bonkers takes like “Jack Nicolson was a better Joker than Heath Ledger.”

He was a really good Jack Nicholson, playing Jack Nicholson, dressed as The Joker though.

Being that it seems to be at a cemetery, it’s probably even *GASP* when young Bruce is visiting his newly deceased parents graves. HOW TWISTED!

Calling it now: the kid he smiles at through the fence is young Bruce Wayne

But the shocking reveal that the Joker’s mother’s first name is Martha will definitely be in the movie.

That said, I think it still works. As a story, it looks like it provides some depth to the character. Also, depending how they work it, they could provide enough ambiguity so that it is just the recollection of a mentally ill criminal making sense of his past through the lens of somebody literally insane.

Bruce is absolutely gonna be in the movie. Hell, I’m like 99% sure he’s in the trailer.

....or the Hulk running into battle in Wakanda.

The end game shots remind me ALOT of the vision Tony had with the entire team dead. is this the source of that vision from way back when?

You really need to watch The Terror.

It refers to The Terror. Go to that white band at the top of the screen. Type in “The Terror”. Hit Enter.

The (AMC??) mini series from last year The Terror in which he had one of the main roles, which was one of the best things on TV of 2018 and was criminally overlooked for awards.

He’s so fucking good in The Terror.

His performance as Crozier is just heartbreaking

The Terror though.

I’m not super taken with the concept, but the execution looks interesting. I’ve always thought that Superman’s power of flight is one of his most inspirational, awe-inspiring abilities (at least visually), so it’s fun to have it take on a sinister air.

We Need to Talk About Kal-El
