It seems that the most “difficult” and “tantrum prone” male stars tend to be mega stars: Mel Gibson, Christian Bale, Russell Crowe.

I think that “underpaying” players for their first 6 years in the league does make sense as it incentivizes teams to develop young talent. However, an argument could be made that this “apprenticeship” period should be reduced to four or five years since fewer players can no longer expect super long careers.

Why is it racist? 

I think that the other shoe is dropping on this “Asian fetish” thing. It is getting really hard to have any empathy for Asian women when absolutely every Asian woman I know, see, and hear about has a white boyfriend. And so many of them are absolutely shameless about bashing Asian men.
