I kinda hope so, thinking that it would create room in the line up for what everyone really wants. An XV XT. The XV is such a nice sized and looking car. Just hard to get excited about with the current powetrain. 

Long Travel is a far cry from a standard IFS setup. I am a Jeep dude, and though I would never Pony up for a G Wagen, much of my offroading (crawling) benefits from a solid axle.

I first read the headline and thought, awesome they kept the solid axles. Then I got to “...independent suspension with double-wishbone front axle ... “ and felt like G Wagon died.

What is new with the hard top configuration? I thought I heard something about removable side panel or something. Like you could keep the top on but remove the side.

This is good news. I cross shopped the Veloster and like the direction Hyundai is going, the Veloster just wans’t refined enough. Hopefully this next gen they dial in some of the drawbacks in the original.

Did a 7 day road trip in 2015 from San Diego, up through Big Sur and then back home through normal freeways. At this rate, it was a really good call. I knew the oad has been closed and this isn’t helping any. Hope it gets back up to it’s full glory in short order. Would be crazy if mother nature keeps eating up…

Looks like a better competitor to the A3 than the CLA is/was. While the CLA has it’s own merits, it just never looked right to me. Looked a like a fake Benz IMHO. I don’t know where this concept is supposed to be in the market, but if it was small, it would be killer in the CLA’s spot.

I ended up with a 2015 A3 Quattro :)
