There is a difference between squashing and pressing hamburgers. For those that want well done, and are fat sensitive (like those without gall bladders), pressing them is fine. For those that like the juices, don’t press them. It all depends on your order from the people there.

Funny enough - I found a way to do this. Since well done means that all the juices are leaving, on a steak I put four cuts on each side. It cooks up quicker than the others and then you don’t have to worry about timing. They want the thing dry, they can have it dry.

I don’t want any. I have bluetooth and all the crap in my car. I don’t use it. I will never use it. I like my six disc changer which reads MP3 and WMA files. However to move with the times, I don’t mind a USB port that can read, lets say, a 128GB USB drive with MP3s. I never would get bored then.

100% disagree. It is not all you need. The last thing I want to do is use a phone while driving. I don’t want to stream media. I have a 128GB stick, plugged into a USB port, and I can control it from my regular knobs on my system. Zero additional buttons or anything.

Came here to say this. A lot of the stuff in here is simple, and “home cooking” type stuff which means they are not as hoity toity as other cook books. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc. That kind of stuff is all throughout this book.
