Great cookbook but not for beginners. I cannot give this to my 10 year old son and say cook something. I have to teach him all the words that go with it. Plus the recipes are a little too complex for “simple” cooking which a beginner needs.

Meetings don’t run long if you:

The delays listed by FCA are all by months, not years. They are also for cars or vehicles that are selling like hot cakes. Yes after 4 years you might refresh something but they are not complete overhauls, these are refreshes of things selling by the metric shit ton.

So I worked at a little caesars in high school/college. I basically became a shift manager and would close on the weekends (I was 19 at the time of this story). Doing what I did, I would be able to memorize orders from people based on their voices on weekend nights. Little Casesars was two pizzas in one tray at the

People need to realize and get perspective when you get car news. It is only about new sold cars. The used market is shit for the traditional journalism marketplace because you cannot quantify it, and manufacturers don’t get paid.

I don’t know enough to say yes or no to that. I personally don’t know anyone making minimum wage. I used to when I was working through school, having 2-3 jobs at a time to fit my school schedule. However now I am 40, and most of my friends graduated college with me so I don’t regularly hang with people making minimum

Gas was cheap? I never noticed. Gas jumps $0.50 a day around here (Indiana) depending on God farting (a wind storm) or it being Wendesday afternoon (They jack gas prices Wednesday afternoon so people who fill up before the weekend get hit). I may have gotten it for under $2.00 but that was with double loyalty points

I would like for you to show me a job, that pays minimum wage, that makes you work over 40 hours a week. People around here are begging for jobs to pay 40 hours a week, even at minimum wage. Due to Obamacare, that means they get insurance. Most job postings we see around here are “Help Wanted, 30 hours a week”. My

Wow .. SUV hate on this list. I have lived in Asia and see how the drivers are. I have been in probably 10 accidents in China on the roads. People, if they stop, just pay you some money and leave if it is their fault. A true SUV would help that. Real bumpers (not the plastic coated crap we have now) and a bigger

I will tell you why I need a truck, I need the space for ME. I have sat in ever 2015 car. Do you know the only cars that I fit in that are less than $50k? Subaru Outback, Mercedes GLK, Nissan Titan, Dodge Ram, Jeep Renegade, and Toyota 4Runner. That is it. That is the entire list of vehicles that I could consider

Absolutely agree. I am six three and hit the trifecta for having issues finding cars. Big, Tall, Wide. I sat in the GMC and the Chevy versions of the Colorado/Canyon and could not believe that I did not fit in it. I tried the regular cab, and could not get the seat far enough back. Tried the suicide door cab (what

I vote Hybrid drives. Hear me out. They may be all the rage now, but they only add a few (maybe 10-20%) MPG to a cars rating, they are expensive, and don’t accomplish what you want. Which is to let the car run on electric at low speeds for longer distances. You have the traditional gas tech in it (so all that

I do understand the concept, but not the practice. I know what the bare metal expenses are, and what I want to spend money on. Bare metal has to happen, and what you have to earn no matter what. Anything above that goes to the next bucket which is savings and retirement. Anything above that is fun money. Anything left

Custom ordered my last 4 cars. 2 Pontiacs, 1 Chevy, and 1 Nissan. All of them came within 4 months of ordering, and never had an issue. The Nissan was the surprise as it was shipped from Japan.

My parents live in the Sault during the summers. Cannot tell you how many times I have ridden a Jet Ski right next that sucker. Holy Shit are those huge.

Eliminating the social aspects of life does paint one as a loner (both perceived and observed). However as you said, you can do some things to help that. Allow once a month a night to be with friends. Limit the budget but you can do that. The rest of the time you can do BYOB nights at friends houses, etc. The social

I think that depends on the child's behavior as well. If the child is throwing a full on tantrum in the store, "because I said so" works. If the child wants to get into it further in the car, then a better answer should be said. Then again I never had to deal with much talk back from my kids as No would have

There are a 100 ways to skin this cat in terms of budgeting. If you are living paycheck to paycheck, skrimping by, not knowing where you money goes, then yes, you have to track every penny. If you have a solid income, have solid emergency fund, have solid retirement savings, then you don’t need to track every penny

I want to do this trip this summer. I am in the planning stages. I am done with work in June and have some time to take it. I will see if I can squeeze it in. Might do it around 4th of July.
