I’m sure had Neil been healthy, they’d still be touring right now. Fans didn’t know he was sick until after he died, so it seemed like a graceful retirement at the time, but in hindsight, we know why they chose to retire now. 

I think the whole thing with Chuck is that he was kind of an asshole to Jimmy because he didn’t respect him and didn’t think he could be a good person. Jimmy, on the other hand, resented Chuck for feeling that way, which led him to act in ways that often made Chuck view Jimmy as not a good person.

It also reminded me of Ted (running away from Saul’s goons, no less) tripping and hitting his head and breaking his neck in Breaking Bad. 

One might say that Chuck, quite literally, gas-lit himself... *Puts on shades*

I love Rich’s character. He seems like a decent man and a ruthless lawyer. 

It flickered for Howard, but the flame blew out when Lalo entered. I liked that touch.

John Ennis recently played a gangster on the Will Arnett Netflix improv “celebrity guest helps solve a murder mystery” show, Murderville, and he was very funny in that. Highly recommend that show, by the way.

Yeah the reveal of her character was so well done. I just got chills thinking about it. 

I buy that Francesca wanted to spruce up the office right away because the first thing she said when Saul hired her was “I get a say in the decorating.” But as we see, the scumbag clients pissing all over his office are going to zap that enjoyment out of Francesca real fast. 

It was very clear that the mom put her up to it the whole time. The second they got out of there the Mom had a huge smile on her face and was mocking the stern talking-to she had been giving Kimmy in the office. 

Loved her as a young Jessica Lange in Big Fish too (which is just perfect casting)

I absolutely love the almost exact soundalikes used in the trailer for Army of Darkness, there are 2 Metallica songs ripped off “Sad But True, Holier Than Thou” and also Motley Crue’s “Dr. Feelgood” thrown in for good measure.

I remember Hulk Hogan showing off his Wrestlemania III boots, the ones he wore when he slammed Andre the Giant, and claimed “Andre died a few weeks later.” That match was in 1987. Andre died in 1994, just a few weeks later!

Mike absolutely put himself first, let me be clear. But I think he wanted to give Nacho some sort of silver lining given their mutual respect for one another, and securing his father’s safety (hopefully) was enough to do just that.
