Neither are remotely close in CA. You have Devin Nunes AND Kevin McCarthey.

Now, I’m not religious and I don’t believe in signs from God. But I'm pretty sure Breese is and does, and this seems like a strong one. 

To be fair to him, he regularly gets the shit kicked out of him with no calls. 

This article is not about telling people the book is bad. It’s not a book review. The author assumes that the readers are aware of Weiss and know why she sucks. It’s about criticizing the machine that enables and fetes people like the author.

Actually, I think that many of her ideas are worse than most poisons. For example the idea that criticism of Israel is automatically antisemitic. Or her idea that it’s good to try and get professors fired for supporting Palestinian rights.

I don't need to try cyanide to tell people they shouldn't eat it. Similarly, I don't need to read a dumbass's book to advise people not to take advice from a dumbass. 

I can't help but think that if Brady or Rodgers had taken a single one of the hits Newton gets every game there'd be rule changes. It reminds me of how the NBA just decided to let players try to murder Shaq.

The NFL spent his entire career letting him get crushed out there. The Broncos game was the lowlight, but he's taken more than a couple of hits that would have gotten players suspended and rules changed if they were done to Brady. 

The ADL has a lot of problems. But they aren't the ones that his fans were angered by. 

There are plenty of problems with the ADL. For one, it’s a leading force for conflating criticism of Israel with Antisemitism. And they tend strongly towards protecting Israel over protecting Jews who don’t support Israel.

Now if only the ADL didn't suck. 

It would take me roughly half a second to say yes.

I think the problem is just the UFC hypemachine. The first mma fighter who could probably make a compelling case for being the goat was Fedor. Then Silva and GSP simultaneously made their cases. And then, Jon Jones came in and ended the discussion by effortlessly cleaning out the premier division in the sport.

I think it’s because they get their ideas about who the left are from their Glen Beck/Rush Limbaugh/Alex Jones/FoxNews bubbles. When FoxNews is the most reliable source you've got, you're going to get warped view of the other side.
