Actually, this is a state constitution issue. The state Supreme Court is the highest authority on it’s own constitution and the USSC has to stand down.

I think that they can put up with four years of nothing better than with four years of getting stabbed. People were better with the system we had under Obama than they were with what we’ve got under Trump. That doesn’t mean it was great under Obama.

It’s just annoys me that we live in a time when fact checking is more vital than its ever been and our fact checkers are trashing all their credibility.
