The 4th Amendment concerns search and seizure. Otherwise I agree with you.

"Bus drivers have the discretion to call the cops and that would be a judgement call"

Why are you assuming those are speakers? The article makes no mention of speakers, and it looks more to me like the silver base reflecting black from somewhere else in the convention center, much like that silver ring on the floor is doing. You'll notice that part isn't black in the first photo.

How is that not ok? Because then anyone can get anyone kicked off the bus and investigated by police just because someone else doesn't like the look of them.

Yes, the alternative is to allow a potential rapist to follow his target on to the bus. Every person on the planet is a potential rapist or a potential murderer or will potentially hijack the bus or blow it up or punch someone or puke everywhere. Bus drivers cannot possibly know whether someone is a criminal by

Did anyone else notice the pantsless woman in the background?

Are you denying that the area labeled Siberia on the picture I published is, in fact, Siberia?

So you're a bus driver in San Francisco. You pull up to a stop. Maybe you notice that the woman and the man at the stop are involved in some kind of verbal altercation, maybe you don't. You open the door and the woman yells at you that the man is a rapist, and not to let him on the bus. You, having absolutely no

You'll take my ability to find Easter Island on faith, but not my ability to tell the difference between Japan and Siberia? I am referring to all the crap north of China, west of Japan, and east of Europe. Siberia.

I think you're seeing it backwards. The "chute" isn't holding it up, it's holding the chute down. The weight of the capsule is supported by the main balloon, and the chute-shaped thing filled with helium is pulling up against the capsule as well.

I spotted Easter Island and a shockingly large amount of Siberia. I remember no Siberia stories.

Thank god women never form delusional ideas of dream partners based on Disney princes or Nicholas Sparks characters. Now that would be silly.

What was the car crash thing? I must have missed that. I don't have a Twitter account, was it on there?

Never apologize for that.

Interesting that you consider it culturally offensive to put Ganesh on a sock because Hindus might find it offensive. I'm curious where you stand on drawing Mohammed, and the backlash that ensues from that.

The natural follow-up is "why do you think there's a higher being?" And if you have evidence, then surely that evidence provides some understanding of what it is.

Well that's insulting. Basically along the same lines of the "no atheists in foxholes" hogwash that still gets attention.

Every time I see these tests (or NASA's rocket tests) I'm more interested in how they strap the damn thing down in the first place. You do not want that breaking loose…

And in Colorado, we'll…read about it on the news, I guess.
