Does it actually say that they are the same exact tire on each corner, or just the same size? They could be a “standard” front wheel, just in a matching size to the rear . Kinda like motorcycle tires have a front and rear designation even for the same model and size.

Gotta have reverse to get back to the start line after a big smokey half-track burnout at the strip though.

Uh, going really fast in a straight line down a drag strip maybe? Being able to actually drive to and from the track is pretty nice for people that don’t have the money to drop on a truck and trailer to haul the thing. More fun to just show up, kick butt, and drive home.

Part of the issue too is playing that video on a large monitor. Play it on something smaller so the pixels aren’t quite as bad and it gets a little more realistic. Kinda like playing an NES on a 16" tube TV vs a 55" flat screen. The tube TV starts looking pretty good in comparison.

Torque is fun. 90% of your 500 ft-lbs of torque from 2250 to 5500 is even more fun.

...what? I think I’m glad I stopped watching after the original series...

Wow, they were so wrong, lol. Where is Fang? How did Vanille and Serah beat her out when the rest of FF13 seems to be recognized?

I remember watching Reboot before Toonami. Still an awesome show and one of my favorite animated titles. I always liked computers, this just made it even more fun.

That was production for the Hemi Dart and Barracuda at least, though those cars might be a stretch to call “production” vehicles to begin with. They were built on the production line as a rolling chassis and sent to Hurst for engine installation and other modifications I believe. The Barracuda might have had more

The only reason I have ever heard of Bimota was because of the anime Golden Boy. There’s a girl in the first episode that rides a Bimota, so I had to look it up to see if it was real as I’d never heard of the brand before.

Agreed, that would be the lesser of two evils.

They were pretty dang big, but admittedly not as wide as what appears to be in that picture. I think this might have been what they were thinking about when designing it though.

Please give me a street legal Super Stock Hemi Dart. I wasn’t born the first time they came around. I would giggle so hard if this had minivan seats in it like the old SS Dart.

I think it’s probably supposed to be a throwback to the old Hemi scoops on the original Dart Super Stock and other muscle cars.

T56s in Vipers have been doing it for years. And the TR6060 is good for even more by most accounts.

Power to you though. It’s awesome that it has worked out for you. I’ve often wanted to just start racing, but I know I just don’t have the finances to do it how I want to do it and it’s the catch-22 of “you have to race to be able to race” in that you would rarely get a sponsorship from someone without having

No, please don’t sell naming rights to the races. I just want to know it as the German Grand Prix, or Italian, or US, etc. I don’t want it to be the Verizon 200 GP of Austin or something silly like that.

Make a whole bunch of money early in your life so you don’t have to work for a while? That’s kinda what I gathered. The guy might be able to keep going because of his new found fame, but it’s not like I could just drop my job today and start building junkyard cars with no money in the bank.

No, unfortunately they really don’t have anything in the way of even 3 season by manufacturer’s claims (they’re all “extreme summer performance” on TireRack). I have Michelin Pilot SuperSports that are pretty good year round, but none of the tires made for it are really meant for winter weather and temps. You can

I will say however, that any amount of snow (I’m even talking trace here) on the roads renders the car nearly immobile. I have had a dusting of 1/8" or less on the street my house is on and clear main roads and it takes me several minutes to go a few hundred feet. Granted I’m one of the few people crazy enough to
