I average 25.5 from a 94, and 23.5 from a SC 95. My friend averages 26 from his 2014 Caravan. Sounds like you just bought the wrong brand.

It’s still just a lifted wagon.
Lifting a wagon=/= CUV.
Yes they can.
AWD=/=Better in snow. I regularly drive my minis through 12+inches without it. Insert driver mod, problem solved.
We bought one new. Worst mistake we ever made. It was the S with the manual. Ate 3 transmissions and 2 engines while on warranty, none of which were due to any neglect on my part. It was a sadly cheap feeling little shitbox, that performed worse than my 20yr old minivans, and got roughly the same mileage. I can’t…
Why exactly do you want a truck pretending not to be a truck?
2 engines and 3 transmissions on a 2012 Corolla S say otherwise.
I think the whole damn thing is hideous.
God that is fucking UGLY!.
THIS!
They’re still going today. Many with well over 200k on the original driveline.
I find many new vehicles struggle to hit EPA numbers, while 20yr old vehicles generally blow them away.
Own that (supercharged 3.3l/4sp, it’s lowered now), and another (94 Voyager). Working on getting an 89 Turbo/stick.
I’ll take this over a CUV anyday.
What exactly is wrong with a K car?
Mine gets a lot of compliments and looks.
Because minivans don’t have tinted rear windows?
Our 20+yr old vans pull better mileage than that. 94 3.0/3-sp gets 25.5 mixed. 95 SC3.3/4-sp gets 23.5 mixed.
My 94 Voyager averages 25.5mpg in mixed driving with a 3.0/3-sp. The 95 sport averages 23.5 with a supercharged 3.3l/4-sp.
