I'm gluing bees to bobby pins and putting them in my hair in a beehive, have a photo-realistic bee print dress and bee temporary tattoos, and honeycomb earrings. And gold glitter, because dancing.

Turns out I'm going to a con and wearing my costume from last year!

My husband and I went to a Halloween Party yesterday and then to an Under the Sea themed adult prom (come in prom attire from any decade). We went as Lorraine Baines and Marty McFly. Here's my dress that I made on the right. The one on the left is the real dress from the movie.

I work at an English afterschool program, so they have a party for the kids. They have popcorn and chips and stuff like that, and the snot-nosed teens all eat it in 10m and then there is nothing left. I am gonna take my own soda in cans cause I know nobody will remember to buy diet.

Party at work. I'm not gonna wear a costume, I'm just gonna goth myself out and call it a day.

My brother and sister-in-law buy 40 or 50 pounds of candy and hand it out down in the Jardin (town square) to all of the Mexican kids. I'm here for a visit, so I'm going to help out. They are the happiest and most sweetest bunch. I'm looking forward to it.
