It definitely starts off promising/funny but the plot is one cliche after another as soon as the "villian" is introduced. Too bad because they can be funny together.

I like them both equally for the most part, but sometimes I also feel this way. Certain segments/schtick Colbert does can be a little much.

I chuckled to myself when I saw who was in the car.

Obviously this is a little late but it is an absolute crime this show was not nominated for any Emmys. Few shows can have that amount of buildup in a season and really deliver by the finale. I know award shows are not always a good measure to how good/bad a series but DAMN YOU EMMY COMMITTEE .
