I’m almost definitely not going to buy this, but I didn’t buy any of the other Horizon DLC either (there’s more than enough in the base game for me to do). I do wonder what their sales data for the Hot Wheels DLC looked like though. Hard to imagine they’d do something like this if it wasn’t successful the first time.

Didn’t the last Horizon game have a Hotwheels expansion? There’s precedent for this.
