You can blow the whistle to be safe every time something is looks close, but I don’t think that makes anything better. If they blow that play dead and after review it was a clean block, whatever team grabbed the ball after the block is pissed you robbed them of a transition opportunity.

Makes perfect sense that it can’t be reviewed it there wasn’t a whistle, much like it makes sense they couldn’t review Horford’s shot clock violation since there wasn’t a whistle. This is exactly correct. ME:A “plays” well, but that’s never been the point of the ME games. ME1 played like crap and that game was excellent anyway because of the story and characters. The ME:A team spent their time focusing on the wrong aspects of what makes a ME game good.
