I personally am not very excited by the Blizzard partnership. Diablo 3 will have been out for over a year by the time it releases on PS3 and PS4 - unless it comes with some sort of expansion pack with new classes at a $50 or so pricepoint, I think it isn't important. I liked Diablo 3 but I am over it at this point,

Alright, I'll bite.

I think PS4 will most likely have the edge in terms of "power," but I think Microsoft and Nintendo proved this last generation that having the most powerful system doesn't make it the "best."

I work in the industry, so word like that gets around. But when I last heard any info, they weren't the final dev kit versions. At that time Durango had a slight leg up for having a slighty better GPU, as well as more direct access to the hardware as opposed to being blocked by certain APIs.

Sorry, but it is hard to take your point seriously when you use a $ sign in the Microsoft name. Makes you just look like another idiot fanboy and makes your point look like an illegitimate raving.

Which developers? The ones who presented at the PS4 event? What do you expect, for them to present at the unveiling and talk about what a piece of shit it is to develop for?

Oh, certainly. I agree - no way of knowing. Xbox has been handling the 360 currently much better than the PS3, in terms of creating a strong community around Live, providing great content, etc.

I don't think we're talking specs here, I think we're talking overall user experience.

I know, I'm just merely pointing out that the core argument is at fault. That's not your argument - you're nitpicking on a different situation that is also irrelevant. It doesn't matter if the studio is in Canada and the corporate HQ is in America, because American taxation for Obamacare has nothing to do with the

Also irrelevant - Obamacare to this entire situation. This has nothing to do with health care, and everything to do with EA's bottom dollar. Lay offs like this happen and will always happen. They happened before Obama was in office and will happen long after he is gone. This has nothing to do with Obamacare, so it

Considering the success of Steam, it's highly unlikely they're having financial issues.

Definitely. Rather than split development into multiple (and costly) teams to handle the platforms - Xbox and PS3 team vs. PC team - they simply adjusted and fixed everything to work properly on DX9 platforms.

No. As the people in the video note, the demo states that all art assets are works in progress and subject to change in the final game.

Honestly, I have no idea what this is about or why you feel the need to personally attack me. I'm not looking down my nose at anyone, and I certainly don't think anyone is beneath me. I don't know why you feel that way. You are mistaking my snark for rudeness, and in the process, being rude yourself.

As a fellow San Franciscan, your article makes me hurt inside a little bit. It's just too true.

How so? As a resident, I absolutely love it - except for the price. But they say you get what you pay for.

I apologize if I somehow offended you. You were being snarky, and I was being snarky back. I don't know what type of response you were expecting considering how sarcastic and rude you were intentionally being.

I wouldn't suggest you throw yourself into a volcano. In terms of solving poverty and violence issues, I do what I can as a humble human being making the best of a bad situation. But it definitely starts with helping arrogant and ignorant commenters learn the etiquette of commenting.

No, I'm definitely not, but I'm not putting words in one's mouth or making sweeping assumptions. I also tend to fact check. So, despite being far from perfect, I do put a little more effort into my commenting.

Disney does not own the rights to Spiderman movies, that is entirely Sony's domain and Disney and Marvel have very little control over what Sony chooses to do with the property in regards to film.
