I respect their right to believe as well, but they should be held accountable for what they chose to believe. That's my point. We're all allowed to believe in whatever you want, but if you chose to believe in something that hurts others, shouldn't we hold you accountable?

I'm sorry, but that's an absolutely ridiculous line of thinking. So, if I call someone a bigot, I'm automatically a bigot? Bigotry is more than intolerance of one set of beliefs, its intolerant of any beliefs other than your own. I can certainly tolerate that the Chick-Fil-A corporation and its members are allowed

Where did I make a stand that seemed like I was intolerant? Where did I dismiss their beliefs entirely? I was simply asking Rydiculous a question about why he would support a corporation that wants to keep him from having rights, from having an equal say as a person.

To be more serious, though, despite the fact that they make awesome sandwiches, it doesn't bother you that they, along with many other companies, are trying to outlaw and criminalize your sexuality? One of the biggest problems Americans face now is apathy - we simply don't care. When we stop caring, and don't hold

Yeah, but if they have their way, you'll be sent to gay prison. And there aren't any Chick-Fil-A sandwiches there.

Trolls like you never cease to amaze me. Can a mod deal with this asshole, please?

It's pretty obvious how he survived. He fixed the autopilot on the Bat. He could have jumped out at any point - some point over the water, maybe onto a roof back in Gotham, or even on the bridge where all the kids were in the bus. He was no where near the blast radius, because he wasn't in the Bat when it went off.

Well, what exactly looks like it was digitally painted to you? Everything I can see in these pictures looks like a 3D model with a texture applied. It all looks like it is running in-engine. Maybe it won't look this good in motion, but I can't find anything on these pictures that looks flat or drawn to me.

Actually, its very clearly not. Look in the bottom corner, where it says Lighting Artist. That means these screen caps were taken by the person who specifically sets up the in-game lighting for the levels. Yes, lighting is actually a job in and of itself, same as in film. Ready to eat your hat?

The problem is with the software they use, and I don't think there is an easy fix. My guess is that the name of the image is the folder structure that holds the jpeg. When the jpeg is uploaded, they get a few copies - original.jpg, the original res; medium.jpg, a medium-sized res; small.jpg, small res version; etc.

Just because they don't have a decent strategy game doesn't make the platform obsolete. Obviously, by strategy I assume you mean RTS, as you could claim that many other platformers and puzzle games require some form of strategy. Obviously consoles don't have a decent RTS game because their main method of control

Now, creatively bankrupt Hollywood movies? That's always been there, I can deal with that. Nerdrage based in unwarranted feelings of ownership over intellectual property being aggressively marketed to them to feed off the money of obsession-prone nerds? I'm not sure I like what that leads to.

How is a remake of a movie that is an adaptation to begin with a manifestation of Hollywood "being afraid of original ideas"? Surely that was already true when they adapted the novel or the comic book the first time, right?

While I do agree with you to a certain extent, the idea that reboots and remakes are unnecessary comes from the fact that there is already a good movie that exists with almost the same plot. Why do studios and people want to invest in seeing the same thing twice with a slightly different window dressing? I also

It seems like their panel was one of the most anticipated, so while I do think you have a decent point, there was obviously a demand to be filled.

Maybe because its a short teaser, and the words on the bottom are the subtitles because at Comic-Con, its very loud and there is no way you're going to hear people talking in a trailer.

What the Ouya is to partner with someone like OnLive. Otherwise, we'll be stuck with iOS and Android ports. People want a console that can perform on the same level as Xbox and PS3. The top games on their poll were Assassin's Creed, Battlefield, Call of Duty...all games that aren't going to run on that hardware

Those weren't the real reasons why it failed - poor level design that was horribly balanced so that on certain maps it was impossible for one team to win; bots that were "too good" at times (killing me immediately from across the room as they turn a corner); perks that were way too over or under-powered; choke points

Fourth'ed for good measure.

Microsoft would be smart to buy them. Their arm of studies would be insane if they did. Not to mention control over the Call of Duty franchise, and of course, publishing Bungie's new titles.
