That would be really cool. Obviously everything would need to be subtitled, or else we would be subjected to horribly racist-sounding English voiceovers, but I for one would love a post-apocalyptic game in another country that actually uses the language of that country....looking at you Metro 2033!

Fallout 4. Probably a little too soon off the heels of Skyrim, but I can't wait to explore the Wasteland in the new engine.

What you're basically buying is an expansion pack. Sure, it's a little more expensive, but it isn't that different than something like Halo: ODST or Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm.

I'm an artist in the game industry, so I'm well aware of what is what.

Code porting is easier - creating better art assets for each version isn't. That was the point I was trying to get at, at least. Developers will make art for the lowest common denominator, and they may add a few cool features for the better versions, but it still limits the quality of graphics we get. Look at

Oh, you're certainly right on that point.

Well, the Wii U is supposedly matching the Xbox 360 and PS3. We don't have a clue as to how powerful the next-gen systems from MS and Sony are yet.

That's the worst-case scenario. Developers hate having to make 3 versions of the same game, so what they will do is make the game for the weakest platform - in this case, the Wii U - and because of that, the other platforms will suffer. The same issue exists with the Xbox 360, Playstation and PC now. Developers

But Unreal 3 on the iPhone doesn't look like Unreal 3 on consoles.

Epic wouldn't design an engine that couldn't run on next-gen consoles. They've worked closely with both companies to make this a reality.

Of course it doesn't. Same reason Unreal Engine 3 didn't run on the current Wii.

Max Payne 3 uses the same engine as GTA IV and Red Dead Redemption.

What happened to the Gizmodo article that talked about blindly claiming things Steve Job's wouldn't approve of, when we literally have no way of telling what he planned before his death and what he didn't. Because this flies in the face of that completely.

A good sniper won't camp.

I agree that the game is centered around a functioning economy, but at this point, the economy is already broken. All of the hacks have been based around stealing gold and items that are AH worthy. And despite what Blizzard says, these hacks are widespread and affecting those of us with authenticators, myself

Not necessarily. After having my account hacked and all my things taken, I would have preferred to just play offline and never risk my character getting messed with.

I don't know if anyone orders a Game Informer subscription just for Game Informer. I just have a PowerUp rewards membership and Game Informer comes with it for free. I would buy the membership whether or not the magazine came with it because I've gotten a bunch of cool, free things with my membership...so it is

I just renewed last week, and the employee very clearly asked whether I would like to have a digital or print subscription upon my renewal.

How should have handled it? Back handing the teacher? How would you have handled the situation any better?

Foxconn actually pays decently in comparison to other companies in that area. People work their out of choice. They don't have to work at Foxconn, they're not forced to by anyone. They could work at Nike and get paid less if they wanted to.
