Epic wouldn't design an engine that couldn't run on next-gen consoles. They've worked closely with both companies to make this a reality.

Foxconn actually pays decently in comparison to other companies in that area. People work their out of choice. They don't have to work at Foxconn, they're not forced to by anyone. They could work at Nike and get paid less if they wanted to.
