Isn't Tumblr already Tumblr for ladies? It seems like 80% of the users I've come across on Tumblr are chicks.

But it was your choice to pay for the points in the first place. I agree, I'm pretty broke right now...but at the same time, its only fifty cents. I can even recognize that is really not going to get me much, and I'm really not going to live or die based on a fifty cent difference.

But not from one individual, and it isn't stealing if you agreed to it in the first place.

Could you potentially be playing these games from anywhere that has a Wifi connection, or do you have to be on the same WiFi network as the PS3? Because if its the former, I'll be buying some more PS3 games...

Oh no, Microsoft stole fifty cents from you! I truly feel for your plight.

The only issue with buying a $20 card is that I doubt you'll ever see that card go on sale. I've seen the points cards go on sale from time to time, but I've never seen a $50 giftcard sell for $30.

Except that you could constantly find points cards on sale for as much as 50% at retail stores and on websites like Amazon from time to time. I personally get them for half off on Microsoft Expertzone through my job.

Humans are animals, but it is dehumanizing to consider us as simply being animals - we are highly developed and much more intelligent than any animal species.

No, it's not your business. It's your business to ensure you buy games that are worth buying, yes, but there is a market for casual and children's games that is undeniably just as big (even bigger, honestly) and there isn't anything wrong with that. Children and casual gamers deserve games they enjoy just as much as

The mix-up with the date is that they obviously forgot to add the second one in there. It should read 11/20/2012, but whoever entered it just put 1/20/2012. I don't think it is the date it was added to the website but more likely just a big typo.

Well, I agree in that case, the developer is the one at fault for making a game that doesn't have enough perceived value.

Care to elaborate? Because, in both situations, the developer is losing money, and if money is being exchanged, it certainly isn't going to the developer. Either way, the developer doesn't get its $59.99 and the person gets the game they wanted. Sure, one deals with inheriting ownership and one deals with having no

I have outdoor cats, and I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. They never leave the property - at worst, they will explore the neighbor's bushes on the other side of the shared driveway.

While I generally understand and agree with you, someone with more than one console should be able to load their profile on both consoles and be able to access their online pass. I do this on the Xbox 360 with BF3 and it works fine.

Well, the general thought here is that, if you are renting or buying used, or even borrowing, you are playing a game you did not pay for and ultimately the developer does not get paid, even though you are playing their game.

I picked up on that too, but that's a "possible 250 iOS activations" and "almost 250 million Android activations."

That may be true for some people, but I had a pair of Senheisser HD280s for about 4 1/2 years. They were good, but their bass wasn't great, and the cord was extremely long and curled and it wasn't easy to carry around, especially after I took them off. The cord would become tangled and unmanageable.

I think there is an amount of time that passes, as well as how popular a franchise is, to determine whether something like this is marketable.

Fat chance. Apple will never make this available on other platforms. The whole appeal of having an Apple device is the exclusive access you get to applications and features like these. Releasing this for another platform would be shooting themselves in the foot. Sure, they could make some money off of selling it

God, I love me some DS9.
