Usually true, but when one actor is onscreen considerably more time than other actors, that argument loses some steam. At that point it looks like fundamental unfairness.

sorry I don’t buy that Matt Smith had no idea that he was getting paid more than Claire Foy. While I agree that a lot of the responsability of this fuck up lies with the agents who didn’t negotiate properly, clearly Matt Smith didn’t mind being paid more than the Queen. Men for the most part are SUPER OK with the…
Yeah, Reyes’ weird, unexplained role in this whole thing, followed by her unceremonious death by Skinner (who, despite being established as a highly trained and competent individual, decided for some reason to completely ignore the stairs directly to his left and instead opt for the Bumper Sandwich option) is one of…
“The Lost Art of Forehead Sweat” should have been the series finale. Full Stop.
Why do we need to see her as a hero?
Sorry. Carrie-Ann Moss and the Jeri storyline was easily the most engaging part of this season. I wanted to hate her, but I couldn’t. Then I’d root for her, and then I’d be left going “Hm.”
I spent the entire season thinking Alisa was Laurie Metcalf. It was kinda distracting, but I still loved the storyline (except for the tedious Griffin/Chang/Hogarth crap).
Thanks for reading, Ginger!
I deeply resent the argument that asks why a woman doesn’t leave a situation like this is victim blaming. This was not a case where she was threatened or intimidated. It was an evening where she felt uncomfortable with the sexual activity she was actively participating in, and did not stand up for herself and say no…
Here is where I’ll probably get flamed, but there were so many aspects of her story that sounded unrealistically entitled and just, frankly, willfully unaware. Grace describes going BACK to this man who had just gone down to her, and FULLY NAKED, “...sat down on the floor next to Ansari, who sat on the couch, she…
I went and read the Babe article you linked to, and here is my opinion (no better than anybody else’s, and maybe worse because it’s coming from a man). Yep, Aziz was looking for a quickie, no law against that. He appears to be a cad, strongly in contrast to the character he projects on stage. No surprise there. Has he…
You’re right. I’m an idiot. I’m an assault survivor (stranger rape) and a moron. This story minimizes real assault. I’ve also fought a guy off with a broken bottle who was restraining me (on a separate occasion) and attempting to get me to suck him off. Guess I’m just sheltered like that.
This was a bad date. She had a horrible date with a clueless guy who thought he was being sexy and hot. She was made to feel uncomfortable, and it wasn’t right.
The story reads to me like a groupie dissatisfied she was treated like a groupie.
The only reason the Washington Post broke the Moore story is that they heard rumors.
Bandaids don’t fix broken ribs.
Their feud started when Rand Paul stole his neighbor’s backup dancers. There’s been a lot of bad blood since then.
“a very regrettable dispute between two neighbors over a matter that most people would regard as trivial,”
I’m also wishing this first person to be indicted is one of the worst low live piece of shit rats who’s going to throw everyone involved under the bus trying to save it’s own skin so it could be blown wide open. That would be first person I’d charge.
I can’t wait! First time in my life I’m praying Monday arrives quickly
