Homelander’s much more convincing as a real human being who could exist than Trump.

I must be the only one who liked that plot twist. Butcher laughing at Homelander after the reveal was the best kind of victory.
The world really dodged a bullet by not doing a comic-accurate The Boys.
The angle with his kid is actually kind of interesting now that the kid is older and has to choose sides. If Starr wasn’t so good at it the whole thing would have fallen flat years ago though.
I mean...he is more than that. I know that Trump is the hook here, but it isn’t like he’s even the *TENTH* fascist Superman pastiche.
As far as that 1892 election, I don’t recall Grover Cleveland being a deeply unpopular, twice impeached, convicted felon, so I can actually feel very confident in my predictions that the odds are still very much in Biden’s favor.
The only option that I can see that wouldn’t totally upend the Democratic electorate would be for Biden and Harris to switch roles on the ticket, with Biden backing up Harris the way that he backed up Obama.
Still though, this is a weird case where both men have been president. I feel like you'd have to be a hermit living in the woods to not understand who they are and what's at stake.
It’s not a question of “doing Kamala”; it’s the fact that if the Dem nomination for the presidency suddenly becomes vacant, 4 million wannabes are going to throw their hat into the ring, with the Democratic convention only two months away. You thought the “Dems in disarray” stories were bad up until now?
I live right next door to a country that’s desperate to turn itself into Nazi Germany. Grumpy doesn’t even begin to describe it.
How the fuck anyone is still undecided at this point, I’ll never understand.
I think they would try to pick someone who could win, and as unfair as it is I suspect there are enough people out there biased against a black woman that she’d have a harder time than another white man. The idea that a woman can’t cut it is sadly I think still prevalent among a lot of the older generation.
That speaks to another deficit that this campaign is bad at correcting---Trump’s minions get like 10X the media exposure and hammer home their outright lies as facts more effectively.
Really? You think they’d do Kamala like that after tossing Joe aside?
The problem with every single one of the examples you posted is that Trump and his tens of millions of “never voting for anybody else” cultists were not on the side of the loser. None of those people had anything approaching that level of never-wavering support.
See, I’m probably wrong cause what do I know, but I feel like he should just have to show people he’s not Trump. This should be a single issue election and that issue is Trump/the preservation of democracy.
If you don’t believe Biden is diminished, you either haven’t been paying attention or you are in denial. You also would have to reject everything that’s known about gerontology.
Its worse than “who is undecided” right now.
As of right now, Harris is more popular than Biden:
Hillary was ahead in the polls and lost.
