I mean, Cats was also "successful" - when I finally saw Dear Evan Hansen, it's like it gave me New reasons to hate musicals

Didn’t Thor explain that the previous destroyed planet - “more of a meteor, really”, or something like that - was going to be destroyed anyhow, which is why they felt okay about party-exploding it?
The Queen’s Gambit was dumb and just a series of tropes from most modern fiction - it was like a very Netflix-blue-tinted Walk Hard.
I read the review before watching, so when the drone has Killmonger in a chokehold, it’s like, “oh, I wonder how ol’ Killy’s gonna get outta this one!”
I can’t even start to watch it - I loved the comics when they came out, but the idea of dedicating time to this is... Not my idea of a good time right now
I really liked the take on the switching characters/unusual control schemes - so positive!
This article makes me want to look up if there was a SR4 port on Switch (which there is), and buy it (it's super cheap!) - thank you!
I’m not using any AdBlockers, and seeing this on my phone... Is there really no picture(s) of the device or anything?
Have you read the latest Spider-Man Life Story annual? It’s an interesting take on Jameson (it still annoyingly blames Parker/superheroes for fallout post ‘saving people’s lives’, but still)
Great summary of everything that's going on (and that has occurred)! My first reaction to seeing the headline post was, "Wait, again?", so this was genuinely informative
I’m already super exhausted by Sinister War/most of the preceding Kindred stuff - like, why is Peter seemingly accepting that, “yes, I Am responsible for every bad thing happening, from OMD/OMIT onward, maybe? but not explicitly” - like, No, dude! You are very obviously not! Especially anything with Harry being a…
Right? It’s like a modern take on the Fleischer animation style - it can feel a bit ‘samey’, but I’m okay with something being coherent while being this “fluid"
I am always happy to hear actual film makers call out such nonsense - comic books are great! That’s why you’re making movies off of them, remember? No need for muted leather colors, nuclear bombs instead of giant squids, and space clouds instead of Kirby-designed world-eaters
I guess it’s the same as every horror movie that does that (or even The Boys, and other “satire”) - “What if the thing that is usually accepted/presented as good was just like, ...Bad?”
Other than the RC Ghost Trap and "Gunner Door?!", I'm really looking forward to this
Man, I really wanted to like the first season/most of Mindy Kaling’s stuff, but it all ends up kinda Super gendered and gross (even in her books!).
Literally the only thing that made me laugh from the article and the comments - thank you
The trailer notes ‘improved sound’, but I didn’t see any difference in the audio output or speaker notes on that comparison page
Right? I was like, “oh shit - this is how they reveal Hiddleston’s out as Loki?”
Yeah, but that’s only because it’s unfunny, boring, and Bad 😬
