This is kind of Exactly what I want from all console makers (and PC)- sort of like a reverse-Nvidia Shield. Instead of devices that need to be streamed To, a device powerful enough to handle the games, and the Option to play it on a big screen.

Is there an option for dual analog controls - one for movement, one for aiming - which would seem to resolve the issues with aiming, movement, and looking away from the main screen?

This is what I want...and I want to pay for it...wh-...w-why won’t you let me have this Nintendo of America?

Don’t you generally have to create an account to download updates? At least for the Sony systems?
