Most games from that whole generation I have a hard time playing now...not just N64 but PS1 as well. A lot of them just don’t control well and thanks to 3D being so new and just look and feel...janky. I love a good 16 bit game though.  I was a teenager during that generation of games, and despite being a huge gamer

I’m taking a wait and see attitude on it. Right now? Absolutely not worth it. But if in the future they plan to make most DLC a part of it, and not just make Animal Crossing a one and done...well it may be worth it if it’s updated regularly. Do I think that’s gonna happen? Ehhhhh....
There honestly aren’t an awful lot

I feel like a lot of the people complaining this is their first Animal Crossing game. They’ve always been like this. You just reach that point where you’re done. This has actually gotten more support then any other Animal Crossing game so far.

I actually don’t particularly like open world.  I find myself getting overwhelmed.  What I really want from a game is more structure, clear goals, and an outlined path.  I mostly play games for their stories anyway and just wanna be taken from plot point to plot point.  I’m totally fine with open world existing,

Most bank apps let you take a photo of the check and deposit it that way.  (not that I’m promoting the writing of checks, but if you’re like me and have a grandma who mails you a check for holidays...)

I graduated in 2000, so I took keyboarding classes on computers. We were taught it was the “proper” way to type to add two spaces. I even had teachers who would take off points from typed out essays and such for not double spacing after a period. It was DRILLED into me. Holy shit has it been difficult to undo in my

It’s also evily brilliant. Like “that dude in the Trump shirt yelling about how Trump had the election stolen, and then starting a fight, nah that’s clearly an antifa plant because we specifically told people to not wear Trump shirts.”

I hear all the time from the thin blue line folks how “if you don’t do crimes you have nothing to worry about!”.  They throw out “well, they were a thug” as justification.  And here we have a woman who only happened to find herself in the wrong place at the wrong time by total accident.

I remember looking at this huge surge of nationalism and patriotism and thinking uh oh....because I knew that those things NEVER end well.  I saw they hyper patriotic bits like these Disney channel ones and thinking how creepy they were.  And man, my friends and family were straight up ANGRY with me for those

Ok I’m glad to read this because my first thought was just “umm....isn’t this just stealing?”. Because something being apparently abandoned doesn’t mean it doesn’t belong to somebody or that you have free reign to go looting it.

I think it’s just bad reporting on Kotaku’s part. The shoes come with these stickers, so I’d say it’s official.

I remember wishing there was some way they could both loose...and this actually comes close to that wish.

Does anyone actually follow up on those religious exceptions? Because as far as I know, only a couple actually outright disallow it.  I kinda doubt so many people are suddenly Christian Scientists.

He also has some pretty severe mental health issues that he’s been pretty open about.  It’s why he fell out of the public spotlight for so long.  He’s doing a lot better now but I don’t think he’s looking to be in front of the camera.

We were trying to build a nation out of a place where most of the people don’t even care about the nation. What matters to them is their village, tribe, or ethnic group, living in a country who’s borders were drawn by Europeans without consideration for any of those things. The average person living in a small farming

Starting over from zero at a new company also sucks, as you loose any benefits like vacation that you’ve built up, so sometimes you gotta balance out which would possibly be worse. There’s tons of people that can’t take even a temporary lapse in medical insurance while switching jobs too.

God watching that video just made me rage.  What an entitled piece of shit.  “It’s not a camera, it’s a PHONE”  Yes, with a camera you asshole.

I love my Steam Link...despite it’s flaws (most notably how it just pixelates and lags sometimes). I would likely use this more hooked up to a tv then in handheld, for the same reason listed above....I like playing on a nice comfy sofa. Being stuck in front of a PC has always been the thing I disliked about PC gaming.

Literally the day after the CDC said that, almost everyone in my area stopped wearing masks, and I looked like the weirdo that somehow hadn’t gotten the memo that masks were over. At the time, something like 30% of the population was vaccinated. I’m no mathematician, but those numbers didn’t add up. And I was PISSED
