I'd have to say my favorite car chase of all time has to be the end of the Blues Brothers. In terms of foot chases, I'm still impressed by the parkour from Casino Royale. The action shots there were amazing. T2 was amazing stem to stern.

Agree. Ultimately the driver is at fault. But...as the cyclist pretty much admits, he was going too fast given the conditions. Also, I'd like to know if he had a headlight. It was raining and i'm sure that didn't help the driver see him, even if he's 6' and wearing a bright blue shirt.

That's right, most cyclists are not that lucky. As a daily bike commuter, it blows my mind that this guy was doing 22MPH on a wet street in fairly busy traffic; leaving no margin of safety if a driver makes a mistake. People make mistakes.
