@Stephen Totilo: I think my concern per your example wouldn't be that Activision would make the game tamer to prevent the law from being broken but would make it tamer to increase sales by being available to a wider market.

To me, it's a very cool idea, but for what you get, the price is asinine.
However in a bizarre reversal of the usual ESRB age restrictions. You can only buy this Bundle if you are 12 or younger.
So when usb 3.0 becomes more mainstream is there going to be anyway to integrate it into older pc's? Perhaps via a PCI express card or something like that? Or our we stuck pretty much buying/building a new PC if we want to have it?
