If you haven’t tried it yet, Huy Fong Foods makes a “chili garlic sauce” that comes in a jar as well. If you like siracha and garlic, it’s amazingly good. Mix it into soups and rice for amazing flavor as well.

It was about 8-8:30 in the morning. I was still jet lagged and decided to go for a walk. Even then you could have to wait for the occasional person to pass to get a clean shot.

I love them. You can set your watches by them, super clean and super efficient. I think the average delay is 54 seconds, including trains that get stopped for earthquakes. Even the subway has posted time schedules as they arrives when it says it should.
