I've worked with NILMDTS. The whole point is that a pro or semi-pro photographer takes the pics and then also gives the rights to the parents for personal use such as sharing online. It's a charitable service.

Absolutely they can. That isn't even a question. If a black person were to beat a white person simply because they were white and that black person hates white people, then yeah, that would be a hate crime. You can't justify that as an expression of all the wrongs done to blacks by our society.

:-) I ended up with my daughter that way...was only with her dad for 6 weeks when I got pregnant and although it was a completely unintended pregnancy, decided to keep her. She's 18 now and just decided last night which college she's going to in the fall.
