I believe that AOC wasn’t crediting Bernie for CHIP in that tweet, but lamenting that CHIP was the only option available in her childhood.
Yeah this is obnoxious. This speech wasn’t about Hillary. Or about CHIP. Why would she even be mentioned? CHIP was just thrown in there as an example of what kept her alive because we DON’T have single payer healthcare.
