I’m an actual farmer and every day I carry two 5 gallon buckets of water at a time to our livestock (multiple times). A gallon of water weighs 8 lbs so two 5 gal buckets weighs 80 lbs. I weigh 160 lbs, so there you have it. Half your body weight is actually a very accurate assessment of what farmers actually carry.
