I ended up with a 2019 Q5 because the equivalent Stelvio was $200 CAD/month for a lease. I use my car for work so I decided to lease since I need a new car every 4 years. As much as I liked the Stelvio, the pricing / value did not make sense. The other reason was the Audi dealership experience was amazing as the sales

I think it would have been great to provide the definition of a “muscle car” as that would have set the tone for the comments. Merriam-Webster states:

Well then...Bonjour!

Awesome! I like how you took the pic next to a drive up Bell payphone. Ain’t too many around in Montreal anymore!

I agree with your post as well as several replies below however no one has addressed the fact that some of the ICE muscle car lovers actually love working on their cars as well. Although EV’s may outperform an 1960's/70's muscle car, a big part of why my dad still has his 1971 454ci Corvette (I know it’s not a muscle

I came to post this. The sound of the exhaust alone would make it worth a mint when all other cars are electric.

There is only one answer...Fiat 500 Abarth.

I would buy an EV tomorrow if it would sound like my 500 Abarth.

It depends. My dad’s 1971 with 454ci seems to have less vacuum than my 350ci. The door on the 454ci seems to open when it feels like it and at a very gingerly pace meanwhile the door on the 350ci jumps open (after a good 10-15 second delay after I flick the switch). The same goes for the headlights.

So our 1971 Corvette has this as well as the pop up headlights (all pneumatic). The design is both awesome and ridiculous at the same time.

Well said D-Livs. I am beginning to think a lot of the posters here are not car people at all.

My dad daily drove his matching numbers 350ci 1971 Corvette in Montreal from Spring to Fall because he couldn’t decide on what to buy as a daily driver. This was about 15 years ago. No power steering, no power brakes. The more he drove it, the harder it was to decide on a new car. He still has it and still drives it

My 2013 Abarth has been bullet proof over the last (almost) 5 years I have owned it. I know Jalops discredit all posts about a Fiat / FCA product being reliable but mine has been amazing. I love this car for what it is...the most fun slow car you can drive.

I’ve had my 2013 Abarth for almost 5 years now. All I have done is change the spark plugs, put new brakes and tires and front light bulbs (seems to be hungry for these). I ALWAYS drive this car hard and love it as much as the day I bought it. It’s not a car for anyone but it really has been bullet proof.
