I just find it funny given how Nintendo haven’t had CoD for how many years now.

Arguably PlayStation owners buying Starfield or other Bethesda games would also make Microsoft money, but they’ve decided to make them exclusive. Shoring up Game Pass with titles is probably more important to MS than how many units they could sell on the PS platform.

I’ve got to be honest, I feel like the major problem here is actually the copyright claim - we’ve hit the point where even investigative journalism (which is basically what this is) is easily wiped away by copyright. The DMCA and other related laws have so much to answer for it defies belief, along with the companies…

My first gut punch of embarrassment at my callout post of a museum came from the revelation that DmC: Devil May Cry was one of my first Xbox 360 games.

It’s been a couple years for Riot.  Give Blizzard a couple years and I’m sure they’ll be in the same place Riot is now.

I mean... He killed a guy, then ran. Others chased him down, because that’s what’s your supposed to do to a fleeing shooter. He fired his gun, then they got more aggressive, trying to pin him down, take his gun, etc. I don’t what you could possibly call that other than trying to protect others from the flying bullets.
