It's a joke because the actor who plays Cal is also on Game of Thrones. Khalessi is a title, basically meaning "Queen." His character is the consort of the Khaleesi.

I like that.
Helena seemed to have more than visions. I can think of a few examples.
I think Rachel will make it there eventually. Just not yet.
I like to think that he's back in his cabin, writing child-support checks.
Adele?
It distracted me the first time I watched it. It won't the next time (or the next, or the next after that…). The actress they got, Habree Larratt, was perfect for this particular part.
What do you mean, retroactively?
;-)
Women in real life.
I was never that interested in Shay, either. I recall a lot of excitement at the time because the actress was a favorite from another series.
I don't think we do need it. But I'm seeing a setup for a surprise character reveal. If it wasn't being set up, then Mrs. S (or Sarah) would plainly state who the Deep Throat is.
Yeah, it's actually a relief not to have Sarah shouting "Kira!" every five minutes. I assumed that they cut back on Kira because Skyler Wexler was getting noticeably taller, but the result of it was that Sarah got to spend more time and thought on her sestras. — including Beth.
You are reminding me of how much I like Season Three! Felix cleaning up blood! :)
But we already know that he's (probably) with the sestras. Felix deputized him way back in episode one. The only reason to make Deep Throat mysterious is to have a surprising reveal later on. Ira wouldn't be surprising.
I think it's okay to skip. A lot of Season 2 is people running around to little purpose. But I'd suggest going back later to enjoy. Episode 6 is one to watch (or rewatch) because it's a lot of Sarah and Helena together. My favorite part of any episode is when the clones interact with each other.
Also, that first episode is great.
I guess you never heard of Filharmonic?
It's there in the song:
She reminds me of Luna Love good, so I'm going with Ravenclaw.
Plus, that issue probably matters a lot less to people who have been well fed at Ponderosa for at least a few days by FTC.
