XNview helps to find duplicate and similar files. It also has a batch processing function to convert, resize and rename.
Around 96kbps I start hearing artifacts. A sound engineer guy I worked with told me that for regular people audio books are fine at 64kbps and music at 192kbps.

Excellent, I love this type of tip. Common sense would tell me to look up the car value, but I wouldn't have thought to actually show it to the dealer. It's better than a print out too, because those can be doctored very easily.
