1st gear: I thought this issue was more or less resolved. They discovered some missing duct work, which was also missing at another plant. Seems like a contractor issue that should have been discovered through inspection. They were supposedly fixing it and agreed to fines.

Lewis PASSED ALL THOSE CARS BETWEEN HE AND MAX UNDER GREEN FLAG CONDITIONS...Max was gifted the right to go past them under yellow.  That alone was a ridiculous advantage - Lapped cars should NEVER EVER be allowed to go around if they are behind non lapped cars.
