i care nor here nor there about borderlands, but the tone of all of the coverage of this development has been absurd and embarrassing

I go back to Geometry Wars 3 frequently on PC and PS4, but I basically only play the evolved mode from 2. The original game was a great first step, but it was a liiiiiittle too slow that way. The tweaks to it via Evolved mode are just... ugh. Chef’s kiss or whatever.
3 is really the definitive version, though. It has…
This is like saying there’s no reason to get a lossless, high quality remaster of a classic album because you have a 192k MP3 on your Zune. Or having a retro console and saying upscalers and RGB monitors are bad because the technical limitations at the time wouldn’t allow you to get the best possible image.
Geometry Wars, yes! I was watching that video like “I’ve played something like that years ago. What was it?” Glad you recalled it. My roommates and I spent a lot of time playing that back then.
Nintendo is so Nintendo. They sold 22 million copies of Animal Crossing and counting, everyone is dying for an island expanding DLC and more than willing to pay for it, and they literally could not care less. Any other company in the world would be falling all over themselves trying to cash in on a situation like…
Please stop with the auto-play videos.
Thanks
It’s a shame a lot of the art don’t get translated well. I may not love the game but I can’t get over the visual feast of these artworks.
Its really weird that a depressing show about broken people learning how to live together(with Robots) has become a cultural juggernaut in Japan.
Very nice color scheme, but I feel like the deeper red from the Mario Odyssey joycons would have been better. I love these things.
I am the resident kotaku monster fucker
This is so incredibly sad. I had to pleasure of watching Jonas several years in a row at the Retro Game Expo. He was PURE CLASS. Even when he lost, he’d earnestly clap for this opponent. He even gave high-fives to the students I brought along with me (my own little school retro game club). They adored him and his top…
I think u can get hitman III and buy “legacy packs”, for it which are just the other games. U could also buy them now and play the first two game’s levels in hitman II, so your progress transfers for III(These levels are huge simulations meant to be replayed over and over with different objectives and methods).
Yep, support that adding on, just like with external hard drives.
Hitman 1&2 weren’t available in VR previously, they are making them backward compatible with VR. There will probably be a special trilogy edition but it probably won’t be for a while. You need to buy every game to play all the previous maps, but you’ll technically be playing them in Hitman 3. I’m not sure if there…
If you can be dead for two months and media outlets don’t notice until the family mentions it...is it really news?
This reminded me of the rc style controller for my ps1 that was used exclusively for Team Losi RC Racer. It wasn’t exactly like this one, but pretty damn close:
How did you write an article about controller accessibility and not mention the Xbox Adaptive Controller?
Microsoft has invested millions of dollars to enable gamers of all abilities to play in their ecosystem while Sony has done practically nothing.
Teams tend to go hard for schedule releases. Here’s another game themed one:
