I watched Demon Slayer and it’s... fine? It honestly just felt like a bog-standard shonen anime with above-average fight sequences. Maybe you could say that it’s a bit of a return to 90s anime when convoluted plots and gory battles were the norm, which is why I found myself underwhelmed?
