Honestly the 8 series just replaced the 6 series. To be replaced with the 6 series not long ago. Surely the rich and wealthy would rather have a big exclusive coupé rather than the plebe-level 6 series, especially now that it’s also available as a sedan. So common!

What do you mean “fatal injuries, blablabla - look corroding wiper blades!!” *Runs away*

You mean like the self-repairing bodywork?

You mean a McLaren, or a British car fitted with Lucas gremlins?

I lol’d. I mean McLaren IS British, right? :P

That last sentence!

Me too. Now I lol’d.

Must be the angle, but it looks stuck :)

Caterham. Any version of an S7. Can even be an older Lotus or a Westfield, or a Donkervoort (even though I’d never get that). I have to buy one. Sooner than later. And I live in central Paris. I already have 2 cars. And I work from home. Still have to own one. Might drive one Monday. Dribble.

It’s like Volvo was hired to “improve” all the cars. “Volvo all the cars!!” ...wait, what?

6 is impossible. Bernie never had a soul to begin with. He is the devil incarnate.

I really have to buy an E21 before it becomes stupid expensive like the E30...

Yes! I’ve never been but I plan to. I’ve done LeMans and Spa classics, which are similar in certain aspects.

Have them send you to LeMans classic in 2018 (next edition). All cars there are either driven (club sections, there are hundreds of cars) or raced (in the paddocks until, well, raced). Chris Harris went several times to race as well as other famous-ish peeps.

“I truly despise boring cars. I hate the lack of imagination. It causes me heartache when I’m in a car that goes and stops and steers and does nothing else”

You guys need to cover LeMans Classic. Or ask me to do it for you :P

Rotaries are quirky. Most of the problems people claim they have are urban legends made up with third hand info. Owners who maintained them like any other car will tell you that they are quite reliable. Mine has 108.000 KM (35.000 mine) and I’ve owned it for 5 years with one single issue that’s part of the usual
