The SPDs clip onto those babies (also Shimano). Double-sided, so I can wear any type of shoes without having to change pedals.

They're Specialized Sonoma. The oval bit on the sole comes off to accommodate the cleats, which means you can walk around with the shoes. They're really comfy: as I said, I wear them all the time. I use the cleats in the picture, they're Shimano ones.

I have been through sexual abuse, by family members when I was a child and by acquaintances when I was an adult. None of the people involved have been brought to justice, one of them has been accused of assaulted a young girl several years after they abused me. I still see that person regularly.
