Ann egg on a burger is great, but I prefer the yolk to be cooked firm instead of runny. So, yes, scrambled egg on a burger would be just fine by me. Keeping the egg white and yolk distinct adds to the experience of eating the whole burger, though. It’s nice when every bite is slightly different.
