Yeah most people, pre-2016, didn’t think it was immoral to make a pass on your colleague. The woman was not employed by Neil, she was employed by the studio.

In other words, I know exactly how much she can consume because I’ve finished the very thing she’s doing: about the same as any other moderately fortunate person who puts in a bit of effort but not too much and not with any particularly great talent.

That’s not what the song is about. A woman with actual applicable knowledge wrote a great essay on this last year.
