It’s a Grand Prix GTP with a nicer interior. The GS was a power and comfortable car for its time and the L67 is a pretty solid engine stock. It’s not particularly rare or memorable.
Yeah, a couple bricks of weed and 75 lbs of coke are leagues different when it comes to having / disposing of / getting murdered for.
The ‘rightful owners’ are probably still looking for their missing 100lbs of coke.
I had a guy almost start throwing punches over a situation like this.
Let’s ignore all the oligarchy money laundering and corruption in Chinese industry.
Yup, barring an exceptional situation like a known active shooter moving to a second location, it is almost never in the public’s interest for a high speed chase to occur.
Really a lot of those costs are fixed, so the marginal cost on importing ten is still pretty reasonable over importing one.
Wait, is that push bar stock?
Not gonna lie...manuals are fun and engaging on a toy, but my WRX is the last manual daily driver I’ll own.
The Army has fitness standards.
Most likely they think homosexuality should still be criminalized and Jim Crow ‘wasn’t so bad’.
“Not asking questions”for something that “fell off a truck” is as old as time.
They may not have gone WOT, but those Explorers accelerated much faster than an idle, even if you discount the resistance of running forward through dozens of people..
I’m pretty positive his presence is the reason we saw brief braking, not the truck.
It looks like the brief attempt at braking had more to do with the (I assume) driver on the side of the road vs. the giant truck blocking the road.
No assumptions beyond what is readily apparent from every angle in all of the videos.
The only violent criminals in that video were the ones trying to run down protesters with their cruiser.
When there’s 50 people in front of you and a few scattered people behind you, yes - backing up is preferable to ramming forward at full speed.
Those NYPD officers could have de-escalated simply by backing up and taking a different route. There was absolutely no reason for them to plow through the crowd, especially the second car that drove into the situation.
