Godspeed

Yea easily on par with the Sarah Lynn episode from last season. Kinda excited/terrified to talk about it tomorrow.

Potentially, I thought he realized it because Bea kept offering the coffee and he put two and two together.

Once again amazed at the skills of the writers in being able to put this all together and their ability to make you pay attention. The coffee reveal is just a prefect example of how something small that can easily be placed in a different context ends up playing such an important role.

Ditto that, I think if she wa s just an addict it would hurt but he could rationalize it because of the Horseman poison he passed on to her. The fact it was random, somewhat accidental, and only happened because Hollyhock came to see him confirms all his worst fears that he will only bring pain to those around him.

Yea Bojack is really good at destroying you by episode 10 make you think this is clearly a low point and then using episode 11 to destroy your soul

I think it serves its purpose well which is to focus on Mr. PB and Diane, the fact of how apolitical the storyline was purposefully considering they have no problem actually dealing with issues head on, see the spiders listed in the review.

Yea the gut punch is coming and it’s coming hard next episode. And in term she of where she got the drugs I feel like pulling a rick and say don’t think about it.

i would say that and Americans just being plain stupid and liking pretty distractions. Confession time, I didn’t hate the orville, while it will need a ton of improvement to become part of my viewing schedule, it has not been an atrocious piece of television

Yea, especially the big reveal in 11 and the final shot of the season are masterfully done and are setting up a major shift and how the presumably last few seasons of the show will go. don’t want to go to in depth her but suffice to say I have a lot to say when the episode 11 review gets posted.

I think it has less to do with the actors or staff not putting their stuff out there but the general dismissive view of animation and comic books in general. Given how intertwined those mediums history as a storytelling device for children it is still hard to view it as adult for a lot more traditionalists and older

Agreed I think emotionally this has been the most consistently intense season. That being said I have pretty much loved this season and while not perfect I am curious as to what specific problems people have been having with it.

I will say having seen the whole season I am with you on the Ralph point. While he was right overall P.C. was right in the moment and did need some time to deal with it her way. Overall I think I would have been ok if this is what ended the relationship but only if they actually brought back Ralph to discuss the

Agree finding out it was all fake was a real gut punch especially when you realize that the only thing keeping you from falling apart while watching is knowing that everyone is going to be ok. To have that taken out is so harsh especially given P.C. Storyline in the next few episodes.

Fuck this is sad. While still making it to 91 is amazing our world is a much lesser place without him, very few people could put the same kind of commitment and love of the craft in a David Lynch piece and an Emilio Esteves flick. Looking at his IMDB now and amazing how many diverse and fundamental cultural works he

I said it else where but looking back this is probably my least favorite episode of the season, it does do some good setting up for what is to come later but nothing super memorable or experimental to explain some of the rough edges. Still a funny episode but considering how well crafted the other episodes have been

Yea, while I did end up binging the show with the GF looking back this was probably my least favorite episode of the season if for no other reason then the only call back or reference we make from it is the frogger joke, all clown references come from later episodes. In terms of the politics subplot I will feel I am a

I will also say that while it may have been a half assed idea the commitment from both Todd and Mr. PB and the writers in making this idea happen and the fallout shows why this is one of my favorite shows

I would day wait until you see the those last two episodes, while brilliant on their own they also help recontextulize alot of the season and helps it tell a story plus sets up alot of interesting plot lines for next season.

I think they have been handling it great so far, given the newness of the revelation it is bound to be a huge thing in his life it is still not his defining feature. Even the Asexual episode this season rounded it out my showing him choosing to not get married because of the artifice of the ceremony.
