No it doesn’t. You don’t know what “glorifying” means. You just think it sounds dramatic. Jackie Gleason in The Honeymooners was “glorifying” domestic violence when he would threaten to send her “to the moon” when he next hit her.
That’s in no way “glorifying.” That’s ignoring and excusing domestic violence, and (although I hate the ease with which this phrase is used) “victim blaming.” You know what glorifying is? Glorifying is that “Jacked Up!” segment they did. That’s glorifying head injuries.
