As a birds fan I’m so glad this never happened. I didn’t like the Kelly hiring, but drank the Kool Aid with his early success...I stopped drinking it that Dallas game in his second season. I don’t think Mariota will ever be more than an average starter...that move could have crippled us for years.

too big, I’d want it compact.

Had a Rampage, want for a new FWD small truck is high.

too long...

btw, how can I get un-greyed site wide? Is that possible?

had one yesterday that stayed next to a truck, fluctuated between 55-65 in a 65 and brake checked me 3 times...all while spending the free time he wasn’t using to be a colossal dick looking at his phone. When the truck got off at an exit he attempted to keep me from passing in the right lane by speeding up. I’ll never

NJ will pull you for driving in the left lane, slow or not.

didn’t read, headline not necessary. Cell phones. I work a few nights a week in a college town and you seriously need cat like reflexes at the crosswalks. Head buried in phones and they pop out from behind cars with hardly a glance. When I’m in NYC it’s sad seeing everyone with their heads down not living in the now.

I’ve owned 5. Two E28's, one E36, one E30 and one E46 Touring. One was a gray market car (85 M535i) and the rest of the regular variety. The one thing I do miss is that connected feel and character that seemed to start it’s decline in the 00's. Mid eighties BMW’s are probably my favorite because they feel sort of

doesn’t look like the same wheel.

right, this just made me miss the trio more than I should admit.

why Nissan and Toyota aren’t doing something similar is beyond me. The Big 3 have the domestic market on traditional pickups, why not carve out a different market? Fleets would probably mostly consist of them.

Most of the reason for this is the products marketed to clean and “condition” leather are bunk. Soapy water is all that’s required, and never use a conditioner. The only thing the conditioner does is trap dirt. You can’t condition top coated leather from the top side, and pulling the seats apart to condition the raw

I thought this era A6 was an S4 for the performance variant?

I forgot about the welded in beams...mine escaped getting the doors done but not the bumpers.

I did, see those ugly ass lights on the fender? Quarter panels too. All the light harnesses that required legalization were a hack job. Most only kept the U.S. spec headlights to get them through then reversed immediately. This particular car had the “green” option U.S. spec big six so I didn’t have any of those

If I were to have only one record for the rest of my life, this is the one.

I assume anyone that hates cars wouldn’t want the one that requires more effort.

sadly no, they’d hate the car more knowing that the transmission will break, often. When they start using a different trans (either 2016 or 2017) than maybe. Mine is due for it’s second set of clutches at just under 40k.

I had a rental, it’s not an atrocious car. Wouldn’t buy it, but I think it’s good that there is a viable option for a brand new car at that price point.
