2. Nope, #TeamQuinn over here. Trust is difficult for both Carrie and Quinn, but they have it in spades for each other. Carrie never fully trusted Brody, for eg. They respect and care deeply for each other, as well. Also,

no, carries is not anything if not a patriot. she's never turned on her country, even if she risks it at times. i think that's her truest character.

i can't understand how you could think it's propoganda since no one is perfect, good or righteous all of the time (even most of the time!)….

very insightful. also, in real life that what couples are… not necessarily smouldering all the time but complex, emotional, tender at times, intellectual equals hopefully, etc.

homeland has had plenty of major reveals early on, e.g. that carrie's suspicions of brody were true.

hahahahaaaaa, so true! i NEVER got carrie & brody and cringed every time they "coupled". from the moment quinn met carrie in season 2, i hoped for a storyline for them. quinn & carrie are both intense and direct and fractured; that's the foundation of their deep understanding. they're not afraid of each others' dark
